HP FlexNetwork 5130 24G PoE+ 4SFP+ 1-slot HI Switch JH325A

• HPE FlexNetwork 5130 HI Series switches deliver scalability and resiliency at the access layer of medium and large enterprise campus networks. 
• This JH325A has 24x 10/100/1000 PoE+ ports and 4x GbE SFP slots and 2x 10GbE SFP+ slots. At the back of the unit, is an empty module slot supporting two choices of expansion module, either 2 port 1/10GBASE T module or 2 port SFP+ ports. 

Layer 2 switching

• 32K MAC address table, provides access to many Layer 2 devices.
• VLAN support and tagging: Supports IEEE 802.1Q with 4094 simultaneous VLAN IDs.
• 10GbE port aggregation allows grouping of ports to increase overall data throughput to a remote device.
• Device Link Detection Protocol (DLDP).

Layer 3 routing

• Static IP routing: Provides manually configured routing for both IPv4 and IPv6 networks.
• Uses a distance vector algorithm with UDP packets for route determination; supports RIPv1 and RIPv2 routing; includes loop protection.

Security

• ACLs provide IP Layer 2 to Layer 4 traffic filtering and support global ACL, VLAN ACL, port ACL, and IPv6 ACL.
• Security with encryption of all access methods (CLI, GUI, or MIB) through SSHv2, SSL, and/or SNMPv3, and other features including DHCP protection, IP source guard, dynamic ARP protection and RADIUS/ HWTACAS.

Quality of Service (QoS)

• The HPE FlexNetwork 5130 HI Switch Series supports advanced classifier-based QoS which groups traffic using multiple match criteria based on Layer 2 and 3 information; applies QoS policies such as setting priority level and rate limit to selected traffic on a port, VLAN, or whole switch.
